Refund Policy

All LoveFrames products are digital downloads (PDF guides). Because of the nature of digital goods, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges once a purchase is complete and the files have been delivered.

No-refund policy

By completing your purchase, you agree that you are receiving immediate access to downloadable content. Unlike physical goods, digital products cannot be returned. This no-refund policy applies to all LoveFrames editions, including “To Send Her,” “To Send Him,” and “The Both Worlds Duo Bundle.”

When we can help

If you experience a genuine technical problem — for example, a corrupted file, the wrong edition delivered by our system, or a duplicate charge — contact us within 14 days of purchase. We will investigate and, where appropriate, re-send the correct files or resolve a billing error.

Email us at hello@loveframes.co with your order details. We typically reply within 2 business days.

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback instead of contacting us first may result in revocation of download access and suspension of future purchases. If something is wrong, reach out — we are happy to fix a real issue.
